What is The Onboarding Process: After an initial FREE consultation, each prospective client will sign up for an evaluation to assess current executive functioning skills and how they impact everyday life. A summary report of the evaluation will then be shared during a second consult where prospective clients can ask questions and sign up for regular coaching sessions.
How Long Does Coaching Last: Regular weekly(or bi-weekly) sessions over the course of 12 months are best for impact, accountability, and sustainable change.
When Do I Pay for Sessions: Clients will be charged for sessions via the Wiz Therapy Portal. Hours of service include 1:1 coaching time plus prep, notes, and feedback.
How Much Does it Cost: Rates include planning and reporting time. 1:1 Coaching sessions $150/Hr and $80/1/2 Hr Group Coaching prices vary by size.
What is Orton Gillingham Plus: OG+ is a multi-sensory, multi-year program that requires frequent practice and consistency, with multiple sessions per week if possible, depending upon the level of need.
Do You Need to Have Dyslexia to Benefit From OG+: No. You do not need to be formally diagnosed with dyslexia to benefit from OG+, it is a fantastic way to build phonological awareness and fluency for all learners.
What is the Onboarding Process: Prospective clients will sign up for a Literacy Intervention Assessment after their FREE consultation to assess phonological awareness, fluency, and prosody as well as written expression. There is a second consultation to review the summary report, where questions can be asked and coaching sessions can be scheduled.
When Do I Pay: Clients will be billed through the Wiz Therapy Portal. Prices include planning time, multi-sensory supplies, and reporting/data tracking time.
How Much Does it Cost: Hourly rates cover ample planning and reporting time, communication with your child's support team, as well as material costs. $150/Hr, $80/1/2 Hr
English tutoring sessions vary depending on need. It can be co-reading novels for understanding and analysis, learning how to effectively annotate, understanding how to recognize literary devices, building vocabulary, and improving prosody. Sessions can also focus on writing: organizing notes, and thoughts, and working on syntax and grammar. Many students need support pulling out their ideas and expanding and deepening their arguments in essays. Apostrophe Solution also offers support with creative writing, poetry, and college essays. These are hour sessions, 45 minutes for 1:1 work, and 15 minutes for preparation, notes, and feedback.
Do you have a high school senior (or rising senior) who needs support with their college essays? Do they get anxious about writing about themselves or struggle with written expression in general? Apostrophe offers structured support for all students, but especially those who deal with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and dyslexia. Sessions include thoughtful, self-reflection, brainstorming tools, scaffolded writing exercises, and consistent feedback until the essay is ready to upload. Sessions can be booked by the hour or in a long-term package that covers unlimited revisions.

Bring your family in for monthly sessions to set and reach goals to make your household more peaceful, organized, and functional. Work with a coach to narrow down the what, when, and how and get check-ins during the month to stay on track.
*Families of up to four members are included in the session price. Additional family members may incur an added fee.
